As an Assistant Pastry Chef, you will support our Head Pastry Chef in the preparation and presentation of a wide range of pastries and desserts. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in pastry arts, a keen eye for detail, and a love for baking.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and execution of pastry recipes. Contribute creative ideas for new pastry recipes and seasonal offerings. Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional bakery or restaurant setting. * Strong understanding of pastry techniques and baking methods.
