POSITION Assistant Palace Manager | UAE LOCATION UAE The client will provide the visa and relocate the candidate if not local PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Assistant Palace Manager will focus on assisting the Palace Manager with all operational and administrative tasks. QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATION / LICENSES

• Diploma or higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or Psychology
• Certification from a recognised Butler School highly regarded.
• UAE or International Driver's License

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years' experience working as a house manager or department manager or hospitality manager in a 5* establishment, or an assistant palace manager role
• Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Administrative Support

• Manage and organize the Palace Manager calendars, schedule meetings
• Handle and respond to emails on behalf of the Palace Manager, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Prepare materials, agendas and presentations for the meetings
• Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure implementation, as instructed by the Palace Manager
• Monitor progress on delegated tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
• Prepare reports, memos and other documents, as needed
• Assist in overseeing and coordinating special projects, as instructed by the Palace Manager
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filling systems for documents and records
• Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion
• Manage office supplies and equipment

Operational Support

• Assist with the daily operations, under the instructions of the Palace Manager
• Take ownership of special projects assigned by the Palace Manager, ensuring completion in a timely manner and at the highest standards
• Other duties may be assigned by the Palace Manager

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in 5 star luxury hotels and/or private residences
• Tech-savvy, expert in producing polished, impactful presentations and reports
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• Emotional Maturity
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be extremely effective independently
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be highly adaptable, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

START DATE ASAP SALARY AED 25,000 per month (negotiable) BENEFITS
