Position Overview
Jumeirah Al Qasr is seeking a skilled Assistant Outlet Manager to lead the Beach Operation team, ensuring a premium dining and leisure experience for guests at one of Dubai's most iconic beachfront properties.
What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day beach outlet operations, maintaining Jumeirah's luxury service standards.
• Create personalized experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Implement strategic plans to optimize revenue and control operational costs.
• Oversee inventory, requisitions, and financial transactions for seamless operations.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver smooth service during events and peak periods.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or branded beach club.
• Strong knowledge of beach operations, premium F&B service, and guest relations.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Russian or European languages are a plus.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and handle high-pressure situations.
