Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Ensure established inventory standard for all supplies and equipment
Accounting Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily accounting processes
Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g., daily, monthly, and quarterly)
Creates, initiates, and evaluates improvements to better utilize personnel and resources.
