Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Summary: The Assistant Operations Manager supports the smooth running of F&B operations, ensuring high
service quality and customer satisfaction. They oversee staff supervision and training, manage inventory, and assist
with operational reporting and cost control. The role also ensures compliance with health, safety, and hygiene
standards while helping improve processes and efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance with
hygiene standards.
Monitor service workflow, table turnover, and guest satisfaction, and assist in planning and executing
special events or promotions.
Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of F&B staff.
Conduct staff training on service standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching for improvement.
Track inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
Assist in ordering, receiving, and verifying deliveries.
Maintain records of stock movements and support cost control initiatives.
Assist in preparing operational reports, monitor KPIs, and support budget tracking and cost optimization.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Implement operational SOPs and support internal and external audits as needed.
Assist in implementing operational processes for efficiency.
Maintain digital and physical records of operational data.
Suggest improvements in workflow, service, and guest experience.
Other Responsibilities:
Participate in cross-functional projects or initiatives.
Support management in problem-solving and operational decision-making.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all operations matters.

Pay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR8,500.00 per month
