SALARY AND BENEFITS
Things to consider:

• Qualifications: With MOH/DHA License as Assistant Nurse

• Experience: 1 year and above in Hospital/Clinic/Homecare

• Height & Weight: Should be 5 , BMI Calculation

• Age: 20-40 years old

• Language: Able to communicate in English well

A. Working Hours

• 360 hours or 15 days (24hrs/day) in a month

• Schedule:

• 12hrs duty once a week off

• 24hrs duty-24hrs off

• 48hrs duty-48hrs off

• 72hrs duty-72hrs off

B. Overtime

• Eligible for overtime pay if more than 15 days (24 hours/day) duty

• Eligible for overtime pay if more than 360 hours duty

C. Salary

• AED 3,500/- (Basic AED 1,500; Food Allowance AED 300; OT AED 1700)

• AED 2,750/- until the license is activated (for UAE applicants and candidates who will take the exam after the final interview)

D. Employment Visa/Contract

• Provided by the Company (24 months/2 years)

E. Accommodation

• Accommodation is rent-free, but occupants will pay for utility bills (SEWA and Internet).

F. Transportation

• Provided by the company (pick-up & drop-off point).

G. Medical Insurance

• In-house GP Consultation (FOC-Free of Charge within 1st contract)

• Lab Investigations & Procurement (IV Injection) at cost price

• Free Medical Insurance (Basic Plan)

H. Unemployment Insurance

• AED 126 (with VAT) 2 years (Mandated by UAE Labor Law and should be paid by the employee)

I. Leave

• 30 days paid leave upon completion of one-year service period (received on the 13th month, computed as Basic Salary + HRA)

• 15 days of emergency leave available in case of any emergency

J. Ticket Fare

• Upon renewal of contract, signing bonus (as per market condition)

K. Initial Training Cost/Cash Advance

• Initial Training Cost: AED 500

• Cash Advance: AED 500 (not applicable for UAE candidates)

• Total AED 1,000 Initial Training Cost for both UAE and overseas hired candidates (deducted from salary in 4 equal months)

L. Uniform

• Free 3 sets of uniform; if the employee breaches the contract, the cost will be deducted from the salary

M. Training

• Maximum of 2 weeks training (without salary for UAE applicants only)

• Training as a shadow nurse with another nurse or senior conducting the training

• Salary starts once the employee handles the patient independently after training
