We are looking for an Assistant Nursery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Nursery Manager in daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue invoices and follow up on payments
Communicate with parents and respond to inquiries professionally
Maintain and organize administrative records and files
Assist the Nursery Manager with daily operations
Coordinate schedules and administrative follow-ups
Ensure confidentiality of all information
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in a nursery or school is a plus)
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Professional attitude and reliability
