Summary
Our esteemed client, a leading medical center renowned for providing personalized home healthcare services across the UAE, is seeking to hire 15 compassionate and qualified Female Home Care Nurses (Filipino, Nepali nationality) to join their growing team in Al Ain, UAE. This fulfilling role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care directly in patients' homes, while also offering emotional support and health education to improve the overall well-being of those under care.
Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive health evaluations and develop tailored care plans.

• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response.

• Vital Sign Monitoring: Record and observe vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.

• Wound Care: Perform wound dressing and monitor healing progress.

• Patient & Family Education: Guide patients and their families on care routines, health management, and equipment usage.

• Documentation: Accurately document care, treatments, and observations in patient records.

• Emotional Support: Provide compassionate support and counseling to patients and families.

• Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure cohesive patient care.

Requirements

• Education: Must hold a valid Nursing qualification/license.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a home care or similar nursing role.

• Nationality: Filipino (as per client preference).

• Communication: Basic English communication skills required.

• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills preferred.

• Visa: Employment visa provided.

• Work Hours: 12 hours/day.

• Leave: 8 days off per month.

• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Benefits
Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 5,000.

• Additional Details:

• Nurse required for a family, primarily caring for a 69-year-old mobile lady.

• Responsibilities include assistance with meals, medications, and general health support.

• Work schedule includes night shifts from 9 PM to 2 AM, with one day off per week.

• Age preference: 26 - 35 years.

• 4-5 years of experience preferred.
