Job Summary:

The Assistant Nurse provides essential support to registered nurses and physicians in delivering high-quality patient care. The role involves assisting with clinical duties, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The Assistant Nurse plays a key role in enhancing patient satisfaction and supporting the smooth operation of daily medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist doctors and registered nurses with clinical procedures and patient care tasks. Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and minor procedures. Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Support patients with daily activities such as mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures. Administer medications and injections under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician (if certified). Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment. Maintain accurate patient records and assist in updating charts. Educate patients on basic health care practices and post-treatment care, as directed. Assist in managing patient flow and maintaining order in the clinic. Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

Diploma or certificate in Nursing Assistance or Practical Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid license or registration (if required by local health authorities). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred. Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately. Proficient in basic medical terminology and patient care practices. Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Working Hours:

Shift-based, may include weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
