Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide professional healthcare and comfort to
newborn babies and children
in their residence
Assess children's health conditions and provide
one-on-one baby care
Administer medications, monitor and record
vital signs
, and ensure vaccinations are given on time
Document medical findings, symptoms, and observations, and assist in
pain management
Ensure the
safety and wellbeing
of infants at all times
Support meal programs based on the baby's
health and nutritional needs
Assist babies with daily care, including
hygiene and grooming
Provide
breastfeeding support
and guidance on proper feeding positions and formula measurements
Educate and guide parents, especially
new mothers
, on newborn care and best practices
Requirements
Valid
Assistant Nurse License
(DHA or eligibility preferred)
Minimum
1 year relevant experience
in maternity, NICU, pediatrics, or newborn care
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a
homecare environment
