Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE - The position is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing and contributing to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience. The role also includes performing various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager. Key Responsibilities Customer Service : Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product. Convert window shoppers into buyers. Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales. Serve customers following the company's selling guidelines (GUEST - Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank). Stay updated on various brands of the group for suggestive selling, grooming, attitude, and knowledge. Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times. Work extended hours during sales periods as required. Possess up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss. Ensure all stock is attractively displayed according to standard layout norms. Follow visual merchandising guidelines and maintain stock norms, especially during clearance. Record inventory inward and outward movements and maintain related reports. Operate the POS and billing counter efficiently. Tally cash at the beginning and end of shifts. Issue receipts, process refunds, and give change correctly. Process payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Maintain vigilance and awareness of security at all times, without negligence. Work flexible shifts and overtime as needed based on business requirements. Adhere to SOPs and loss prevention policies.
