Currently hiring experienced Assistant Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in a homecare setting.
You will be responsible for delivering compassionate and professional nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients at home
- Monitor vital signs and report any health concerns
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and family members on care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Assistant Nurse: MOH/DHA/DOH license or eligibility
- Previous experience in homecare or clinical settings is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to travel for home visits
