Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with personal hygiene and comfort needs.
Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
Help patients move, walk, and use mobility aids.
Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Change bed linens and keep patient rooms clean.
Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
Support nurses in medical procedures and patient care activities.
