Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses/Physicians.
Assist patients with daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, feeding, and comfort needs.
Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and promptly report changes to senior staff.
Support in wound care, medication administration (as per DHA regulations), and other clinical procedures.
Ensure proper infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Prepare and maintain patient records and documentation accurately.
Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
Provide emotional support and care to patients and families.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervising nurse/physician.
Requirements
Valid
DHA Assistant Nurse License/Eligibility
.
Diploma/Certificate in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of patient care practices and infection control.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
