Assist with basic nursing procedures and patient care under RN supervision.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes in condition.
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Administer oral medications and assist with wound care (as permitted and trained).
Maintain accurate patient care documentation.
Ensure patient safety and hygiene in the home environment.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Follow care plans and adhere to Medly's high standards of service and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), GNM, ANM, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in home healthcare or clinical nursing preferred.
Ability to work independently and handle patients with professionalism and compassion.
Good communication skills in English.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
