We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support doctors and registered nurses in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring smooth clinical operations, and maintaining a professional and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist doctors and registered nurses with day-to-day patient care.
Monitor and record patient vital signs.
Prepare patients for examinations and minor procedures.
Ensure proper sterilization and handling of medical equipment.
Administer medications and injections as directed by senior staff.
Provide basic wound care and dressing.
Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
Ensure hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards are followed.
Offer emotional support and care to patients and their families.
Requirements
Nursing Diploma / GNM or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as an Assistant Nurse preferred (UAE/GCC experience is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented.
