to join Oxygen Home Health Care Center. The Assistant Nurse will provide personalized and professional nursing care to patients in their homes, supporting overall patient health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes as per the care plan.
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report abnormalities.
Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
Support wound care, mobility assistance, and other nursing procedures under supervision.
Ensure infection control and safety measures are followed at all times.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
Other tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements:
Valid DHA License
or eligibility as an Assistant Nurse in Dubai.
Nursing diploma or equivalent certification from an accredited institution.
Minimum
1 year of nursing experience
, preferably in a home care or community setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
