We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced
Assistant Nurse
with an ICU background to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, reliable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced critical care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support ICU nurses and medical staff in monitoring and caring for critically ill patients.
Assist in preparing and maintaining ICU equipment and patient areas.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any critical changes.
Administer basic patient care under supervision (e.g., hygiene, feeding, mobilization).
Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Requirements:
Mandatory ICU experience
(minimum 1 year preferred).
Valid DHA license or eligibility letter (if applicable).
Nursing diploma or equivalent qualification.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
