Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse fluent in Tagalog or Arabic to join its HealthHub Clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. This role is central to providing quality patient support, assisting registered nurses and physicians, and ensuring that patient care is delivered with compassion, professionalism, and attention to safety.
Core Duties

• Deliver high-quality basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors
• Support outpatient services including patient preparation, documentation, and follow-up care
• Assist with clinical procedures, diagnostic tests, and treatment plans as directed
• Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information in digital health systems
• Ensure patient dignity, comfort, and safety throughout their clinic visit
• Monitor patient condition and promptly report any changes to medical staff
• Provide health education and instructions to patients and families where appropriate
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain hygiene standards in all areas
• Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and clinic efficiency
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with DHA and clinic regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Nursing with Assistant Nurse qualification
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility as Assistant Nurse (mandatory)
• BLS Certification required; ACLS/PALS certification is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant Nurse in a clinic or accredited healthcare facility
• Proficiency in English plus fluency in Tagalog or Arabic
• Strong communication skills with patients and colleagues in a multicultural environment
• Computer literacy and ability to work with digital medical systems
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic clinical settings
