Job Summary:

We are looking for a

DHA-eligible Assistant Nurse

to join our multidisciplinary team in a clinic that supports children with special needs. This is a hybrid role that combines

nursing assistance

,

health care support

, and

administrative duties

. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and adaptable -- ready to assist in both clinical and non-clinical aspects of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities: Clinical Duties (Assistant Nurse):

Assist licensed nurses and physicians in providing clinical care. Take and record vital signs, assist in wound care, and support medication administration (under supervision). Prepare treatment rooms and sanitize equipment. Observe and report changes in patient condition. Comply with infection control and DHA clinical safety standards.

Health Care Assistant Duties:

Support children with special needs in daily care activities Assist in mobility, positioning, and comfort. Offer emotional support and encourage participation in therapy and developmental activities. Follow individualized care plans and provide feedback to nurses or therapists.

Administrative Duties:

Welcome patients and manage front-desk duties as needed. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records. Handle data entry, filing, and communication with parents/caregivers. Assist in stock management and ordering of supplies.

Requirements:

DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory

Nursing Assistant, Assistant Nurse, or Health Care qualification (Diploma or equivalent). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or pediatric setting

Strong communication skills in English

(Arabic is a plus).

Proficient in using computers, EMR systems, and basic admin tools.

Compassionate, patient, and able to work with children with special needs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
