We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Mechanic to support our skilled mechanics in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry, with ample opportunities for professional development.
Minimum requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in automotive repair is a plus.
Basic understanding of vehicle systems and components.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced mechanics.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
Assist lead mechanics in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Help maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Communicate effectively with team members and provide excellent customer service.
