Home Healthcare Services

and seeking a highly organized and proactive

Assistant Manager, Operations

to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the home healthcare division, ensuring service excellence and compliance with DHA and internal standards. Manage scheduling, deployment, and performance of home healthcare staff. Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and insurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Supervise procurement and logistics related to medical equipment, consumables, and patient supplies. Support budget planning, cost control, and vendor management. Lead, coach, and motivate field and office-based staff to achieve performance targets. Monitor operational KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements. Assist in business growth initiatives, including client relations and service expansion.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 4-5 years of experience

in operations within the

home health sector

or the

UAE healthcare industry

. Proven experience in

people management, procurement, and logistics

. Strong understanding of DHA regulations and home care compliance standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Proficient in MS Office and healthcare management software.
