Sales Operations Oversight:
Monitor daily sales activities, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Director, providing insights into team performance and market dynamics.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 10-12 in sales, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role within the industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation timelines.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
