Role and responsibilities: * Operations

Quality and client engagement
  • Project management of incoming correspondence from the clients and other international KPMG offices, work with large data sets and quantities of information.
  • Demonstrate excellent client service by delivery quality outputs.
  • Conduct research on client queries and prepare drafts to senior team members for review and to clients.
  • Conduct arrival/departure briefings.
  • Delegate to junior team members and review work.
  • Take ownership of the preparation of client advisory deliverables and reports.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks.
  • Take a thorough approach to analysing information and making decisions, seeking support when appropriate.
  • Keep team members informed on status of tasks, significant developments and progress on engagements to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Identify problems, promptly escalate and resolve matters.
  • Keep client specific templates and regulatory materials up to date.
  • Build client relationships and show understanding of key clients and their needs.
  • Support the implementation of process changes.
  • Assist with managing and coaching of junior team members.
Risk management and billing
  • Understand KPMG\'s risk management policies and procedures and support engagement administration.
  • Take ownership of risk management and billing/invoicing procedures.
  • Responsible for billing clients on a timely basis and contributes to meeting fee targets.
  • Recognise and raise potential matters of risk for the firm.
  • Ensure all time recordings are accurate and timely and achieve chargeable hours target.
Technology
  • Work with multiple systems - MS Office, MS Excel and various internal and KPMG global systems.
  • Participate in trainings and keep up to date with advancements in the systems.
  • Actively contributes ideas on introducing technologies to improve team and client efficiency.
  • Provides training to team members on IT systems.

  • Share immigration and global mobility updates with team and clients (based on Flash Alerts).
  • Willing to continuously learn and keep up to date with changes to tax and immigration regulations.
Business development
  • Stay informed and up to date on market activity for client engagements.
  • Identify cross-selling business opportunities and support client.
  • Contribute towards proposals for new work.
  • Seeks opportunity for new work.
Role requirements
  • University degree or relevant technical qualification.
  • Must have previous 3-5 years of global mobility and/or immigration services experience.
  • Has a keen interest in progressing career within global mobility and immigration Services.
  • Fluent English.
