Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 MIS

Job Responsibilities: -
  • Reporting & MIS: Publishing of weekly Trade Reports, Liaising with all relevant functions on the submission of the relevant trade reports and feedback Collating Trade feedback reports, and circulating them on time. Seasonal Reports Support the respective Groups with the required Seasonal Reports.
  • System Administration: Ensure all administration functions are completed on time to allow the planning team to work on the MFP & AP planning tools with all relevant updates completed
  • Business SPOC : Business Applications SPOC for the concept, help sort out any system issues that impact business ( Any issue with PLM, MFP, Parx, ER, Qlickview etc.) in collaboration with Landmark Digital.
  • SPOC for UDA Management: Work with buying admins across groups to Monitor & Ensure Data quality in system RMS & PLM
  • System Integration Project: Liaison with Buying departments and understand the requirements for using Robotics and integrating the flow of data from various tools E.g. Range plan to PLM to PO integration project
