Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
Proven experience (5-8 years) managing and optimizing Programmatic campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and/or conversions
Deep knowledge of Google Ads, DV360, Amazon DSP and other Demand Side Platforms
Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and manage internal stakeholders.
Preferred skills:
Experience in Real Estate, Automotive or other lead-based categories is a plus
Experience with Marketing Automation tools
Knowledge in Ad Serving (Campaign Manager 360 and others)
