Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proven
auditing skills
and hands-on experience with internal control processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and accounting software.
Excellent
English communication skills
(Arabic is a plus).
Ability to support senior management in
daily operations and project coordination
.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Manager in day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
Review basic financial documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before submitting them to the concerned department.
Organize and maintain files and records in an orderly and confidential manner.
Prepare and coordinate schedules, reports, and meeting agendas.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and documentation.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Communicate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
