Job Description

The job holder will be responsible for planning and execution of marketing activities in line with the Concept guidelines. The job holder will also be responsible for assisting the Head - Concept Marketing with all marketing budgets, advertisement and marketing activities, POS materials, visuals, press releases and co-ordination with external vendors and agencies.
Planning & Budgeting
Planning the Marketing Calendar including updating and circulating amongst all territories Marketing teams.
Bugeting for marketing activities and monitoring the spends of the annual marketing budget
Support in maintaining budget controls on the assigned marketing budget
Implementing all planned thematic and tactical activities in adherence to the Marketing Calendar across all territories.
Implementing various new initiatves to increase footfall.
Marketing Execution
Support in building and enhancing the brand Image of the concept in line with its concept objectives
Help liaise with Media Agencies/Consultants to develop appropriate theme board/communication methodology in line with concept objectives
Implementation of the new deck across territories - GRADE A stores.
Create thematic catalogs with photoshoots
Manage advertising creatives for all territories ensuring brand image is kept consistent within Middle East requirements.
Creatives include ATL and BTL related works - eg magazine | newspaper adverts | digital | outdoor branding | transit media | radio scripts and SMS | instore communication.
Overseeing digital and social media executions for the brand and providing support when needed.
Manage all in-store creatives including generic, seasonal & promotional.
Work alongside the Marketing Head to approve all Media plans and buying for both brand and tactical campaigns for Ads, outdoor, radio and digital.
Work closely with the Graphic Designer in managing the entire design process - sourcing suppliers and samples, completing allocations for all stores across the Middle East etc
Supplier and vendor management - approving samples, negotiating cost, new material development etc
Collate competitive research on window schemes, season launches, sales, promotions and offers
Help review the effectiveness of advertisement promotions and take corrective actions
Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - writing and proof-reading copy, and liaising with designers and printers
Support in recommending store promotions in consultation with buyers/ retail operations/ corporate marketing
Forecast along with buyers / retail operations the increase in footfall sales during the concept's promotions
Ensure adherence to Concept brand / Brand Principal guidelines by conducting regular store brand audits
Prepare the LPOs (job orders) for the same and maintaining a monthly update to the 'spend vs. budget'
Work closely with Customer Loyalty team (Shukran) on understanding customer profile, ideating and proposing schemes to increase customer loyalty base with the brand and decreasing churn
Ensure adherence to marketing calendar across territories and to ensure consistency in creatives, advertising, promotions, events and meet other day-to-day requirements
Ensure sourcing of all legal permits prior to promotional events.
Monitor events from start to end to ensure success and tweak if necessary based on competition or market volatility.

Planning and executing activity for New store openings
Maintain and monitoring website hygiene and ensuring look and feel are in line with brand image.
Liaising with all internal stakeholders on works that affect and impact marketing.
Coordinate with the Stores for the following:
POS Requirements for the launch of Marketing Promotions
Consolidation and follow up of their requirements with regards to marketing and retail consumables
Arrange for the printing and production of new materials (literature, exhibition stands, give-aways etc.) prior to events / shows Maintaining media relations in interest of the Concept.
Coordinate with the PR agency, this includes briefing the agencies with the required job and closely following up until finalization
Coordinate cross promotions, tie-ups, brand events for store launches, celebrity tie-ups, photoshoots etc
Coordinate with the agency on the image campaign for the season
Follow through the media advertising maintained with the agency
Coordinate with the Advertising agency for the artworks, media materials, photo shoots,
Ensure that the images on the vans and delivery trucks are changed at a regular interval of times
People Management
Managing Team, set annual performance goals, monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
Other Marketing Activities
Retail and Warehouse uniform designing and executions
Maintain and design all marketing stationary (letter-heads | business cards | shopping bags etc)
SPOC for internal corporate communication - highlighting the brand on FB@ work, in other forums and platforms.
Coordinate with other outside agencies in consultation with corporate marketing for order placements and printing needs, shopping bags, stickers, flyers, and another sales material
Support in managing Cross Promotion and Co-branding (i.e. Banks, Airline, other related subsidiaries)
Coordinate with Public relation agencies for PR and media coverage in consultation with Brand Head and Group Corporate communication & PR.
Help manage the loyalty program/privilege clubs at the Concept and recommend strategies to ensure increase in the perception level of the program
Qualification Required
Post-graduate degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing / Advertsising essential
Minimum Experience
3-5 years of Marketing experience preferably in Retail industry
