Overall responsible for driving trade finance and sales support to the assigned portfolio of clients.
Sales support activities to help in converting leads into wins, work in collaboration with the Relationship Management team to ultimately provide support to increase top line trade revenues.
Develop and implement an overall marketing plan to identify and exploit business opportunities that will help meet the business target.
To understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 business and provide structured solutions through a consultative selling process. To match customers, needs with trade product capabilities through presentation of tailored demonstrations.
Track record in achieving sales targets
Support the growth of trade finance revenues by analyzing sales trends and market dynamics to determine business growth potential
Ensure strict compliance and application of relevant local and international processes, procedures and controls to meet the business needs while providing efficient service to customers.
Ability to work independently and manage coordination across various functional units within the Bank to drive business development while managing any potential risks (operational and credit risk).
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Have more than 5-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 of sales experience in promoting / selling Trade Finance
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Banking
Excellent knowledge in Trade Finance covering wide spectrum of products ranging from guarantees, documentary collections, and pre & post shipment financing
