• Overall responsible for driving trade finance and sales support to the assigned portfolio of clients.
• Sales support activities to help in converting leads into wins, work in collaboration with the Relationship Management team to ultimately provide support to increase top line trade revenues.
• Develop and implement an overall marketing plan to identify and exploit business opportunities that will help meet the business target.
• To understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 business and provide structured solutions through a consultative selling process. To match customers, needs with trade product capabilities through presentation of tailored demonstrations.
• Track record in achieving sales targets
• Support the growth of trade finance revenues by analyzing sales trends and market dynamics to determine business growth potential
• Ensure strict compliance and application of relevant local and international processes, procedures and controls to meet the business needs while providing efficient service to customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage coordination across various functional units within the Bank to drive business development while managing any potential risks (operational and credit risk).

• Have more than 5-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 of sales experience in promoting / selling Trade Finance
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Banking
• Excellent knowledge in Trade Finance covering wide spectrum of products ranging from guarantees, documentary collections, and pre & post shipment financing
