Assistant Manager Supply Chain (key Account Manager)

Job Description

This is a Asst Managerial level (B8-9) position where the incumbent will be responsible to sustain the 3PL business vertical within Landmark Group. This will involve client onboarding, operations alignment within the Facility, marketing and business development and signing customers for warehousing and supply chain services in Landmark Mega DC and other DC\xe2\x80\x99s in UAE. This role will be engagement with organizations to outsource their warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment services operations of existing or new businesses within the region as per the defined revenue targets & strategy.

Business Development

Develop a full understanding of opportunities in different industries as well as specific upcoming requirements of players in each industry especially Fashion Retail, Cosmetics, General Merchandise, E-com, etc.

Initiate conversations and develop strong opportunity pipeline for the Logistics solution sales.

Identify contacts of potential and target customers, align with strategy [industry, products, and geographies], open doors and start a relationship.

Ownership to ensure the best utilization of facility & driving both strategic and tactical sales measures to fill available space; drive revenue targets.

Solution & Tender Management

Requirements gathering and solution design for prospective customers

Value assessment of tenders and opportunities for contract logistics, initiating of go no-go decision process.

Work on RFI/RFQ/RFP written responses

Conceptualize calculations operationally as well as commercially through productivity, cost- pricing, margin estimations along with Finance/ Operations stakeholders.

Customer onboarding, retention and development.

Delivery & Operations

Onboard customers using internal and new resources (infra, manpower & systems)

Coordinate the tender response with all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure availability of required resources

Understand customer demand and requests within the project & ensure internal alignment of the solution design

Liase with customer and internal technology teams for IT integration & WMS setup knowledge

Setup processes for improvements, implement SOPs and monitor KPIs.
