Role Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Restaurant General Manager in overseeing the efficient operation and profitability of Studio Frantzen by Bjorn Frantzen at Atlantis Resorts Dubai. The role focuses on team leadership, service quality, operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional guest dining experience in line with luxury hospitality standards.
What You'll Do

• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and consistent quality
• Assist in managing staff schedules, attendance, and shift planning
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet luxury service standards
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices are followed
• Monitor operational costs and support cost-control initiatives
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through hands-on service leadership
• Address guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally and efficiently
• Support employee engagement and retention through positive leadership

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
• Previous international hospitality experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High level of customer focus with the ability to work under pressure
• Hands-on management style with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
