Assistant Manager Service Section
Job Description
The position is responsible to proactively run and grow the Service Department. He will be responsible for the Supervisors & Technicians, scheduling their workload and liaising with customers, ensuring timely responses and effective communications with them to satisfy their needs. The right candidate will have the ability to build trusted relationships with customers, deliver on their promises and support their team. They will also possess the drive to promote and grow this area of the business.
The role consists of the following: . Day to Day scheduling Service Activities. . Day to Day Management of the Service Department . Dealing with Customer Enquiries and Requests for Breakdown/Service Call Outs . Scheduling Planned Maintenance Activities . Conducting Site Surveys, Preparing and Sending Quotes to Customers . Promote and Reinforce the Good Reputation of the Company . Identify New Business and Customer Opportunities and Follow Up Candidates with working background with Service Industries of Refrigerated Boxes cooling units like Carrier, Thermoking, Hwasung, etc. will be given preference.
