About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, Reservations you will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Reservations in managing the daily operations. You should be a continuous source of information to help and assist all the guests & colleagues in their needs, as well as replying to all incoming correspondence promptly. You will train all technical skills and service delivery to an international 5-star standard, and oversee service providers, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding Atlantis Dubai products or services.

About You

Ideally, we would love you to have a Bachelors\' degree with a minimum of 2 years\' experience working in a Room Reservations environment within the same role, as well as the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy with an excellent verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal skills and very clear and concise communication skills are required, as is the ability to find solutions and think positively. In addition, an impeccable personal presentation, patient when dealing with guests and colleagues, maintain a positive attitude at all times, pay attention to details, and passionate about customer service. Computer literacy and Opera systems are imperative, and fluency in English is a must. Due to our guest\'s demographics, we are preferably looking for either Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French fluent speakers.
