Telecommunications Agent
We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Telecommunications Agent who is fluent in Russian to join our team at Rixos Marina Hotel Abu Dhabi. As a Telecommunication Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication between guests and hotel staff, providing exceptional service to our valued guests.

What you will be doing:

• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist guests with any requests they may have.

• Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly to the appropriate person or department.

• Assist in coordinating guest requests and inquiries with other hotel departments.

• Maintain the hotel\'s telephone switchboard system and ensure its proper functioning at all times.

• Uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with guest information.

• Follow the hotel\'s established procedures and policies to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Resolve any guest complaints or issues related to telecommunications, escalating as necessary.

• Stay updated with hotel information, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

Your experience and skills include:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English (Russian language isa a plus).

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of basic office software.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and efficiency.
