Role Summary
This role will help drive strategic projects and generate insights for the business. We?re looking for a self-starter with a proactive mindset, who can understand drivers that are important to a rapidly growing business. The best candidates will be those with a consulting or strategy, with an analytical background that want to be close to the core of the business.
What?s On Your Plate?
- Lead cross-functional projects in close collaboration with various functions and country teams
- Own, drive and build required reporting infrastructure to support ongoing use, improvement and optimization of core processes through automations
- Conduct quantitative research and analysis requiring complex data retrieval that results in compelling recommendations for our leadership team
- Implement and optimize operations processes through excellent change management, appropriate KPIs and readiness
- Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Projects & Commercial operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement
- Collaborate on critical operational excellence projects, turning your strategic recommendations into reality
- Assess the issues with a process, collect feedback, build a framework and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
- Identify process automation/improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives
- Determine business needs and scalable solutions to solve process issues through observation and analysis
- Lead projects and establish objectives and outcomes to achieve superior process metrics
- Strong cross group collaborator: ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Ability to present the project finding to leaders and stakeholders from across the organization
- Discover through analyses, opportunities of growth and optimizationWhat Did We Order?
- 4+ years? experience in analytics and project management, and ideally hands-on business experience in fast pace (ecommerce) environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with data, data structures and data infrastructure
- Ability to assess the issues with a process, collect feedback, build a framework and work cross-functionally to solve problems
- Ambitious, self-starter who can manage through ambiguity
- Strong cross group collaborator: ability to communicate effectively with Senior Leadership
- Strong analytical skills and ease in navigating through different data sources
- Experienced in project management and capable to use PM tools
- Passion for service and continuous improvement
- High level of confidence in managing upwards and dealing with different stakeholders in organization
