Job Description
To implement all applicable laws and regulations in supporting the Director \xe2\x80\x93 Legal Affairs, Senior Management, Campuses and all relevant stakeholders on a broad range of matters including regulatory compliance, employment, contracts, and liability and insurance, to ensure the maximum legal protection of HCT and to maintain operations within the limits prescribed by the law.

Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Law or related field.
- A valid UAE Bar Association membership/registration OR a Bar License and Qualification for practice of legal profession from a recognised legal jurisdiction is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of work relevant experience.
- Full English and Arabic proficiency are required.
- Intermediate computer literacy is required.
