Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the plastic packaging industry and proven experience in sales within the UAE/GCC market. This role involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage business relationships with existing and new clients in the packaging sector.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Monitor competitors and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5 to 7 years of local UAE sales experience in the packaging industry, preferably plastic packaging.

Strong understanding of consumer jars, juice bottles, crystal plates & boxes, cosmetic packaging items, caps, lids, closures, etc.

Should have experience to deal in Food & Beverages, Home & Personal Care, Cosmetics & Perfumery, packaging industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

UAE driving license is must.

Compensation & Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
