Key Responsibilities

  • Handle event inquiries and respond according to established resort standards
  • Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and budgets with accuracy
  • Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and venue presentations
  • Act as the main point of contact during event planning and execution
  • Coordinate with culinary, service, and operations teams for seamless delivery
  • Oversee event day logistics ensuring smooth execution
  • Maintain strong communication across departments to support service excellence
  • Follow up with clients post-event and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Assist in developing sales strategies to attract new business and retain clients
