Job Description

  • To assist in the preparation of the monthly management accounts for TMIM
  • Assist in the preparations of the interim and annual statutory financial statements
  • Assist in the preparation of financial submissions to regulators and holding company
  • Perform reconciliations between subsidiary and general ledgers
  • Prepares monthly pipeline report/analyses and adjustment journals
  • Assist to prepares monthly premium report and other analytical reports as guided.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax and accounting schedules, returns and analyses.
  • Assists in the audit process of the financial statements by external auditors and other similar activities.
  • Assist & participate in finance related projects to ensure smooth progress & timely completion.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Professional Qualification recognised by MIA or Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in handling financial reporting, preferably in an insurance company or other financial institutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
