Job Purpose:

Responsible for analysing investment opportunities for key projects and implementation of the same. The role will analyse the historical market and financial information, perform market and feasibility analysis as well as business forecasts and projections. Additionally, the role would provide information on economic trends both in the UAE and across the region, to assist the management with suitable recommendations and investment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform various financial analyses including performance ratio analysis, investment analysis, etc.

- Financial modelling and projection.

- Meet and provide information; this might include, summaries of research, investment ideas, key events from the proceeding day as well as key drivers for the day ahead.

- Formulate financial projections through the use of various approach & underlying assumptions.

- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cash flows for projects accurately.

- Provide information and advice on any variances and trends observed in the form of reports.

- Lead the monthly/quarterly financial forecasting activities and the annual budgeting process.

- Collaborate with departments, HOD and all concerned to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports

- Coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment activities of all or part of the organization.

- Responsible for preparation of periodic financial reports.

- Review internal control and monitor the effectiveness of internal controls.

- Responsible for preparation of internal control reports and submissions

- Identification of opportunities to eliminate process inefficiencies within the BUs and implementing solutions that drive process improvement.

- Support the reporting manager with the official assignments from time to time.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 Occupational Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in the Finance field

- A presentable and confident personality with excellent communication skills.

- Nationality: UAE National will only be considered

- Experience in performing market and feasibility analysis as well as business forecasts and projections
