-5+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the insurance industry.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and creating sales strategies to meet company targets.
The role also involves actively networking and negotiating with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the insurance industry.
-Sales and Business Development skills,including client acquisition and new business development
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
-Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
-Experience with financial modeling and analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
