Looking for a Assistant Manager for Advertisement Company Developing, Planning & Budgeting marketing campaigns based on the brand brief. Presentation of ideas to the clients and prospective clients. Responsible for building and maintaining a very strong relation with existing and potential clients. Make sure that the technical proposal built correctly and to build financial proposal accordingly. Assist sales team to close their deals and hunt new business opportunities. Visit customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform. Campaign planning, Vendor negotiation and implementation. Budgeting & Cost Optimization Acts as a prime interface with brand team for all campaigns. Liaising directly with the clients to develop campaigns. Supervise execution plans as prime interface of the company. Maintain liaison with malls management to get the work permission and to perform the job on time. Maintain close liaison with various Government offices including RTA-DED-Municipality for the permissions. Identify process, procedure and workflow improvements to assist client services & operations for the implementation of work scope. Arrange the cost effective solutions to Control the Cost of sales and ensure the job profitability. Close monitoring on the purchase elements & vendors to get the cost effective solutions & ensure the quality of product. Arrange the operational day-to-day work schedules, monitor and support the company operations team in their tasks. To manage, plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines within the client budget & guidelines. Assure to meet the client deadlines, fabrication, delivery of job and installations on time. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to Relocate:
