We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Design personnel with a strong background in kids wear fashion to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of trend forecasting, design development, and product execution with the ability to handle multiple tasks while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. This role demands a proactive team player with technical and visual storytelling skills to shape collections aligned with the brand's vision.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth trend research to identify global and regional fashion directions.

• Develop seasonal mood boards, trend decks, color palettes, and design concepts tailored to the brand's target audience.

• Curate design ranges using diverse resources including vintage archives, market data, and digital platforms.

• Collaborate closely with buyers and merchandisers to ensure cohesive product ranges that meet commercial objectives.

• Translate ideas into technical sketches, graphic prints, embellishments, and product mock-ups.

• Work with technical teams to ensure accurate patterning and garment fittings.

• Oversee the development of graphics and print artworks, ensuring design intent is preserved from concept to production.

• Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly) for innovative and efficient design development.

• Present design ideas and seasonal collections with clarity and conviction to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field
Experience : 4-5 Years
Technical Skills Required:

• Excellent trend forecasting and research skills

• Strong knowledge in color theory, print, and textile development

• Basic knowledge of patterns, construction, and fitting process

• Competent in creating and editing designs using:

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Firefly or any other AI design tools

• Expert in creating detailed Tech Packs for factories and vendors

• Must meet all deadlines and respect time-sensitive delivery schedules

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fashion Design or related field

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in kidswear

• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, trend awareness, and strong technical capabilities
