Job Description

This role will be responsible for the execution of CRM initiatives that drive member engagement and retention. Will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop, manage, and execute various campaigns in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

DO \xe2\x80\x94 Key Responsibilities

1.

Business Analysis
  • Perform in-depth campaign analysis to understand the effectiveness of campaigns as well as make strategic recommendations
  • Assist to develop CRM and CVM strategy and leverage key insights and advanced analytics
  • Create various ad-hoc reporting and analysis
2.

Customer Focus
  • Create and manage CVM campaigns
  • Perform customer behaviour analysis and create, execute and monitor marketing campaigns for customer retention.
  • Regularly track and manage churn process, understand trends and dynamics
  • Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and continuously optimize tactics to improve effectiveness in achieving targets
  • Compile, maintain and deliver weekly, monthly CVM and CRM reports and presentations

Shukran/ Loyalty Program

Monitor the loyalty program/privilege clubs of Lifestyle concept and recommend strategies to ensure increase in the perception level of the program

Recommend strategies to Corporate Marketing to increase membership in the Loyalty Program and provide support in sending mailers/brochures to privilege club members (as required/agreed upon)

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with various stakeholders Shukran Team, Marketing Team, Ecommerce Team, Planning, Buying , VM and Retail to plan and execute the campaigns.

Liase with category teams to plan campaigns .create opportunities by partnering with external suppliers to monetize CVM.

Budgeting & Planning

Report on the utilization of the Budgets periodically (as agreed)

Master the traditional BTL techniques & measure the ROI of the same periodically.

Devise & implement medium vehicle best suitable for Lifestyle & analyse its reviews occasionally.

Plan & coordinate with corporate marketing on Media Buying.

Ensure that the entire out-door media facilities are at the prime locations to attract customers (billboards/ hoardings).

Ensure that the outdoor media communication is replaced regularly with images and captions.

Co-ordinate with the territories and the brand\'s agencies as necessary on the media advertising

Minimum Experience

2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably working with CRM systems, data environments, and/or CVM/CRM areas

Skills and Capabilities

Strong analytical skills

Business Acumen

Good with Stakeholder Management

Good at Multi-tasking
