POSITION SUMMARY

To be the immediate face of Nestle within a Customer's Supply Chain location, responsible for maximizing service and enhancing day to day effectiveness of both the operations by efficient management of inventory and in-stock availability.


To be the face of Nestle within the Customer's supply chain, liaising with all aspects of the Nestle supply chain and commercial functions and providing high level communication in order to maximize service.


To build trust with the Customer to enable deeper level of engagement and accelerate business improvements.

A DAY IN THE LIFE ...

Ensure availability of Nestle products on shelf by: -

Collaborating closely with the Customer to understand their operations and supply chain to shelf. Communicating and resolving out of stock & availability issues at store and distribution centres. Reviewing progress of agreed KPI scorecard at defined frequency e.g. Monthly /Quarterly with Customer and Nestle line managers.

Ensure an efficient, timely, smooth (and without manual intervention) flow of automated orders is received by Nestle by:

Ensuring regular Master data clean up and on time listing and disliting of SKU's (phase in/phase out) Proactively updating the Barcodes in Customers data base.

Maintain Customer forecast accuracy on Nestle SKUs and work towards improving the same by: -

Reviewing demand deviations, re-forecasting as needed using sales and historical trend data communicating and working closely with Demand Planners organizing/ chairing key meetings, challenging assumptions and ensuring agreement on initial forecast and communication to all parties involved

What will make you successful...

2 - 4 years of experience in Supply Chain function Exposure within Sales and / or Retail Account would be beneficial Strong relationship management and communication skills. * Excellent proficiency in Excel
