About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, Communications you will be responsible for running the daily operations alongside the head of department. This role will require auditing, planning, analyzing, training, and reporting to ensure the customer experience is continuously enhanced for our guests.

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to evaluate the service delivery to ensure the highest levels of product knowledge and be able to provide factual tangible feedback.

About You

A successful candidate should hold a bachelors\' degree along with a passion for training and extensive knowledge of Call Centre operations with a proven history in hotel operations. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years in a similar position within the luxury Five Star property, have excellent verbal and written communication skills. An additional language such as Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, German or French is advantageous.
