Job Description
Cinema Floor Manager is responsible to oversee entire cinema operations and ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations. Responsibilities
- Have a solid cinema experience in the UAE or GCC market.
- Managerial experience in Food and Beverage sector.
- Well organized.
- Possess good leadership skills and be a role model for staff.
- Have recruitment and HR skills.
- Previous experience in a licensed outlet.
- Can evaluate cost reports and identify any potential problem.
- Have a knowledge in menu engineering and menu creation.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.
- Computer literate especially in MS Office.
- Knowledge in VISTA would be a great advantage.
