Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences
• Lead, train, motivate, and retain bartenders and bar service teams
• Collaborate with mixology teams to deliver innovative and memorable bar concepts
• Manage food and beverage costs, labor costs, and P&L performance
• Develop staffing plans and ensure optimal coverage during service periods
• Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing standards
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements where needed
• Support performance management, coaching, and succession planning within the team

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations
• At least 3 years in a bar leadership or assistant manager role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Results-driven mindset with confidence managing operational and financial targets
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and lead teams through change in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to delegate effectively
