About The Role
We\xe2\x80\x99re on a look out for an enthusiastic aquatics operation professional to join Aquaventure \xe2\x80\x93 the largest waterpark in the world located in Atlantis Dubai!
Assistant Manager, Aquaventure has a diverse group of responsibilities that include overall park operational safety, ensuring guests and colleagues satisfaction as well as supervising overall aquatics operation for the resorts\xe2\x80\x99 pools and beaches. You will monitor the service needs to guarantee extraordinary experience for the park guests as well as oversee the upkeep and cleanliness. Assistant Manager, Aquaventure is also responsible for the development and performance of the Team Leaders, Lifeguards, Communications Centre, and Guest Service Colleagues. Close collaboration with the Recreation team in the management of guest services and leisure activities is also a big part of this role.
About You
To succeed in this role you need to have at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a supervisory role within a high volume waterpark. You should have experience leading large teams and feel naturally comfortable working in a fast paced outdoors environment. Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities and fluency with administrative tasks are necessary. Person in this role should be able to effectively communicate with both senior management and line level colleagues and demonstrate strong focus on continuous guest experience improvement. Additionally, we\xe2\x80\x99d like you to have Ellis & Associates Instructor experience and/or training experience equivalent to the same.
