Job Description
To manage the Target Market List, including enlistment review, portfolio maintenance and performance analysis in line with the Bank's policy guidelines and procedures to support stakeholders across the Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities related to the Target Market List of companies, including addition/removal/modification of employers.
- Maintain a database of all approved companies, log all company status changes (upgrade/downgrade/restriction/reinstatement) & communicate the same to the source.
- Suggest changes in TML based on sound analysis of various portfolio data.
- Prepare comprehensive analytical assessment for the companies to assess eligibility and relevant category for new enlistment based on a site visit, media, market feedback and analysis of the company's internal documents like the list of employees, audited financials etc.
- Conduct Target Market List (TML) training for all sourcing channels and prepare reports for circulation.
- Recommend changes in status for listed companies and enlistment policy based on the company's performance & various trends.
- Handle queries from all stakeholders regarding TML, including procedures and approvals within approved timelines, and TML portfolio booking analysis.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant banking experience
